- In a meeting with the Prime Minister of Belarus, Mohammad Reza Aref, the First Vice President of Iran, emphasized that the opportunity of important regional and international meetings and agreements, such as the Eurasian Union, should be used well to promote trade and economic cooperation, especially the private sector of the countries of the region, adding that the Islamic Republic of Iran seeks to strengthen all-round relations and relationships with countries with political, cultural and historical similarities.
- The First Vice President of Iran emphasized that the role of the private sector is very important for the sustainability of trade relations between Iran and Belarus, and both sides should activate the grounds for the activity of the private sectors of the two countries.
- Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Alexandrovich Golovchenko, also stating that the opportunity of the Eurasian Union should be used to improve relations between member countries, said that the Iran-Belarus Joint Cooperation Commission was successfully held and the volume of trade and economic transactions and exchanges between the two countries should be promoted to the level of high political relations.
