Iran Press/ Iran News: The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Ali Larijani, said that Iran does not oppose resolving problems with Saudi Arabia, adding that the Americans are putting obstacles in the way.
Ali Larijani made the remark in a meeting with Ingo Appé, President of the Austrian Federal Council on the sidelines of the 141st Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly in Belgrade, Serbia on Tuesday, Iran Press reported.
He emphasized the great importance of strengthening bilateral relations between Tehran and Vienna in the fields of culture and tourism, saying that relations could further develop if the political will exists on both sides.
Ingo Appé also emphasized the great importance of expanding economic and tourism relations with Iran and expressed his happiness with growing parliamentary relations between Iran and Austria.
While expressing regret over America's withdrawal from Iran nuclear deal, the President of the Federal Council of Austria added: "To us, the only solution to global security is the same nuclear agreement, and I hope the United States adopts a more considered policy."

The president of the Austrian Federal Council added that Iran plays a stabilising role in the Middle East, calling for dialogue as the best solution to solve problems.
Given the situation in the region, he described Turkey's military action in northern Syria, as well as the situation in Yemen and Libya as worrisome.
Regarding tensions between Iran and Saudi Arabia; he welcomed any opportunity to build trust between Tehran and Riyadh.
