Iran COVID update: 132 patients succumb to death in 24 hrs

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Ministry announced on Friday that 132 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 127,053.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to November 5, 2021, on Friday, 5,973,457 people in Iran have contracted COVID-19, and 5,574,246 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 8,663 cases, out of whom 1,063 patients were hospitalized.

3,732 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 36,057,315 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

So far, 54,764,071 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 37,784,542 have received the second dose, 129,124 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 92,677,737 doses.
