Iran Press/ Iran news: Rear Admiral Ali Shamkhani tweeted: “In December 2018 during a visit to Kabul, I had a challenging meeting with the President of Afghanistan."
Regarding the satements of Afghanistan's minister of defense, he added: "Today's sorrowful words of the Afghan minister of defense were indicative of the effects of the 20-year occupation of Afghanistan by the United States and the depth of Washington's influence on Afghanistan's government."
Shamkhani stated: "As in the last 40 years, we support the people of Afghanistan and their will."
