Tehran(IP) - Iran's Crisis Management Organization Head said that China and Iran should cooperate tightly in order to prevent, and deal with in crisis.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Crisis Management Organization Head held a meeting and talked with the Chinese Ambassador to Tehran Chang Hua on Sep. 3, 2023.

Referring to the environmental challenges, Mohammad Hassan Nami said: The world is facing many challenges, including climate change, desertification, lack of clean water, floods, landslides, fires, heat, drought, and fine dust, so dealing with these challenges requires the cooperation of the countries of the world, including China.

In his remarks, he further reiterated: Fortunately, the relations between the two Iran and China countries are at a high level and it is expected to expand day by day.

Also, for his part, the Chinese ambassador to Tehran said: We welcome Iran's proposal to cooperate in dealing with natural disasters.

Chang Hua said: During the visit of Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi to China, important achievements were gained, including a memorandum of understanding to deal with environmental challenges.

China, like Iran, is facing many natural disasters, and I hope we have good cooperation with Iran.

Regarding crisis management, China declares its full readiness to cooperate with Iran.

While congratulating Iran for becoming a member of BRICS, he said: China and Iran have many commonalities in cultural, social, and economic fields in which they can cooperate.
