Tehran (IP) - During a visit to the Crisis Management Headquarters in Tehran, Interior Minister said the number of crisis management bases in the city is currently 100 and should increase.

Iran PressIran news: Visiting Crisis Management Headquarters in Tehran on Wednesday afternoon, Ahmad Vahidi said the necessary preparations for crisis management must be constantly strengthened and improved to react quickly in the crises.

The Interior Minister emphasized: "we must predict shortages in emergency situations' and provide equipment for emergency bases."

"We are looking for the necessary evaluation and decisions to further improve needed preparations," Vahidi highlighted.

He said the number of crisis management bases is currently 100, but it should increase further.

"One of the issues that Tehran should consider is emergency readiness, which should be constantly monitored to have the necessary preparations," he continued.
