Iran Press/Iran news: Vice-President and Minister of Development, Industry, Trade and Services of Brazil, Geraldo Alckmin said his country’s market welcomes high-quality Iranian products.
Alckmin noted that trade relations should be two-sided and a balance should be maintained in economic exchanges between the two sides.
Stressing the need to broaden economic activities between the two countries, the Brazilian deputy minister announced his country's determination to hold the joint economic cooperation commission meeting and exchange economic delegations both from the public and private sectors of the two countries.
Removing the existing problems in the way of expanding trade and economic relations was the point the two sides emphasized.
The Brazilian official said his country is interested in boosting trade levels with Iran and has maintained its trade relations with the Islamic Republic despite the sanctions.
As another keynote speaker, Samad Hassanzadeh, the head of Iran’s Chamber of Commerce said: Referring to the economic plans for bolstering mutual economic ties, businessmen of the two countries would communicate with each other by an economic schedule.
He said: One of the missions of the Joint Chamber of Commerce of Iran and Brazil is to yield positive trade results for both sides.
