Iran Press/Iran News: Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of water and soil resource development projects in Ilam province via video conferencing on Thursday Iran's President Hasan Rouhani said that despite the Islamic Republic of Iran is dealing with sanctions and fighting against the COVID-19 at the same time the country should be practically involved in the production.
Referring to Iran Leader's naming motto of this year as the 'Surge in Production' aiming to create a tangible change in people's lives, Rouhani went on to highlight that the special measures in the production sector should be taken.
Appreciating Iran's s nation efforts in this regard and calling the present atmosphere as an inviting one in the Iranian society Rouhani noted that all of the Iranians including the Armed forces together with the workers, border guards should pull together to achieve this very aim.
The inauguration of the 22,000-hectare project of the main irrigation and drainage networks under the pressure of Fakkeh and the dewatering of the Ilam Martyrs Reservoir Dam is carried out on Thursday with the presence of the President Hassan Rouhani and the Minister of Energy Reza Ardakanian.
Fight against Coronavirus is continued
In this regard, Rouhani added: "The final day of Coronavirus is not clear and we must all continue together to fight this disease until the end; let the people know that they are not alone in this path and all the pillars of the system are with them."
The President emphasized: "In order to be successful in fighting against Coronavirus, we have no choice but to cooperate and accompany the people; although the main burden of the fight against Coronavirus is on the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, the main success and help is possible through the cooperation and support of the people."
Iranian people are not alone with the government by their side
Hassan Rouhani also said that although the situation is difficult, at the same time our hope is very high and people know that they are not alone and the pillars of the system including government are by their side.
Rouhani noted: "In spite of all these difficulties, we are witnessing very good steps." The report that the Central Bank gave me yesterday about the savings situation in the banks, which has grown, is a place of happiness and joy. In the stock market, we have witnessed an unparalleled change and growth, and two million people are active in the stock market, and a lot of profit has been made on them. We are also very happy that in this difficult year, our people are in better shape. Many important projects will be listed on the stock exchange in the coming weeks, and very important projects will be launched in the coming months.
Iran's President emphasized: " Leader agreed to release the shares of justice, which are very important for our people." Those who have a share of one million Tomans worth, if they want to sell their shares, they will be given a considerable amount. Even if they want to keep it, maybe it will be better, God willing, it will bring them a good profit. This year's profit is from last year. This was an important step taken by the Leader on the stock exchange.
