Tehran (IP) - The Minister of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) says that it is determined to commercialize satellite manufacturing and launching services to other countries.

Iran PressIran news: On the sidelines of the cabinet session on Wednesday, April 5, Isa Zarepour told reporters that in the current Persian year, a detailed plan is prepared to develop the space industry of the country. 

Zarepour talked about the launching of 10 satellites, adding that with several satellites being under construction, the current year will be a promising one for the country's space industry. 

"Our goal is to reach a point to provide the country's services and experiences in firstly to the neighboring and Islamic countries," he noted. 

Nahid-2 (Venus-2) and Tolou-3 (Sunrise-3), were showcased during a ceremony in February in Tehran on the occasion of Iran’s National Day of Space.
