Iran Press/ Middle East: "The Imam Hossein Holly Shrine has been preparing for more than a year to sponsor this conference and its aim is to protect society from this abhorrent phenomenon," Saif Ali al-Qaraawi, chairman of the preparatory committee for the conference said.
"Many institutions participated in the conference, some scientific, some religious, some academic, and played a role in all the resolutions and in all the objectives we set for the conference," al-Qaraawi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
He added that "More than 140 researches participated in this conference, of which 110 were accepted and will be discussed over the two days gathering.”
