Stockholm(IP)- The 12th appeal court of the judicial case of "Hamid Nouri", an Iranian citizen imprisoned in a Swedish prison, was held on Monday and backed allegations made by MKO.

Iran PressEurope: According to Iranpress, Hamid Nouri was arrested in 2018 during the scenario designed by MKO terrorist outfit as soon as he arrived at Stockholm airport, the capital of Sweden.

"Majid Nouri", the son of Hamid Nouri, stated in an exclusive interview with Iran press correspondent on Monday on the sidelines of his father's 12th appeal court in Stockholm, the prosecutor of this court said that Hamid Nouri's deprivation of medical services, including ophthalmology, including ophthalmology, is part of Swedish law and services.

Hamid Nouri's son said that at the age of 62, his father is still deprived of health and medical services in Sweden's prison after three years and seven months, and this issue was met with the objection of Nouri's lawyers in the appeals court.

Majid Nouri also stated that the prosecutor of the 12th Court of Appeal of Hamid Nouri's case rejected the claim of his father's deception to enter Sweden and claimed that he came to this country on his own accord, but in the documents presented, Hamid Nouri entered Sweden by deception.

The designer of bringing Hamid Nouri to Sweden, "Iraj Mosadeghi" was a member of the MKO terrorist outfit, who admitted that he was able to bring Hamid Nouri to Sweden with a security and politicized plan and arrange a long trial for Hamid Nouri.

"Majid Nouri" stressed that Iraj Mosadeghi's admission of deceiving his father to enter Stockholm was also broadcast in the Swedish Channel Four documentary, but the prosecutor of the 12th Court of Appeal of his father rejected this issue completely.

Hamid Nouri's son stated the prosecutor denied all the documents and evidence in Hamid Nouri's case during his father's 12th appeal court.

According to Majid Nouri, his father's next trial will be held on September 1, 2023, in the capital of Sweden.
