Tehran (IP) - The Spokesman of Iran's Government Ali Bahadori-Jahromi said that President Raisi' will head for Sri Lanka to sign MOUs in the agricultural, economic and commercial fields, as well as inauguration development projects there.

Iran PressIran news: Attending his presser on Tuesday morning, the Spokesman of Iran's Government Ali Bahadori-Jahromi told Iran Press correspondent:

"During the President's  visit to Sri Lanka, in addition to signing MoUs in the agricultural, economic, and commercial fields, the multi-purpose super project of 2 dams and power plants and water transfer, built by Iranian contractors, will be inaugurated and operated there as well."

"The multi-purpose project that will be implemented in Sri Lanka is one of the largest projects in the field of exporting technical and engineering services of Iran in the fields of dam construction, water transfer, and electricity production," the Government Spokesman reiterated.

"The process of construction, monitoring, and consulting of the project was completely done by the Iranian company," Bahadori-Jahromi pointed.

"During Raisi's visit to Pakistan, 8 cooperation documents were inked between the two countries in various fields, Bahadori Jahromi said."

He further  added: "Iran and Pakistan Aim to Boost Trade Relations to $10 Billion."

Bahadri Jahormi then stated: "During Ayatollah Raisi's visit to Pakistan, the development of security cooperation is one of the focused areas of the talks, which is effective in the field of trade and security exchanges between the two countries."
