Iran Press/ Iran News: Speaking at a meeting of the National Task Force for Fighting Coronavirus on Saturday, Hassan Rouhani said: "The global economic growth in 2019 was 2.9 percent, while in 2020 when the world encountered with the virus, it reached minus 3. It shows how the virus has affected the world economy."
"This situation is worse in developed countries. World export in 2020 is also minus 12.8 percent," added the President.
Wearing face mask is compulsory
He said that from tomorrow everyone who enters a roofed and crowded place will have to wear a face mask.
"Providing services in all sectors, especially the public sector, is subject to the observance of health protocols and wearing face masks," Hassan Rouhani highlighted.
The President also noted: "Employees of government agencies have to wear face masks, and if someone doesn't do, they should not receive services. If an employee does not wear a mask at work, it means he/she is absent and must be returned home," he added.
In the end, the President praised the efforts of all Iranian researchers to find any kind of medicine and vaccine of coronavirus.
