Tehran (IP) - The secretary of Iran's High Council for Human Rights, announced the filing of a case against 107 members of the MKO terrorist outfit.

Iran PressIran news: The MKO is responsible for the assassination of more than 12,000 Iranians, including members of parliament, high-ranking government and military officials, innocent civilians, and foreign nationals.

Kazem Gharibabadi, the Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and secretary of Iran's High Council for Human Rights stated that the hands of the MKO terrorist outfit are stained with the blood of thousands of Iranians, and said: "They martyred the innocent people of Iran and now they travel freely in some countries."

Gharibabadi pointed out that parallel to the legal, judicial and political pressures that the Islamic Republic of Iran has imposed on some of the countries that host the MKO members, these countries themselves have come to the conclusion that these people are really a terrorist outfit, adding: "The countries that host the MKO terrorists are pushing limitations against them."

The Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs welcomed the measures taken to limit the MKO terrorist outfit, stressing that the Islamic Republic of Iran is the way to get the world rid of terrorism and terrorist groups.

The criminal court of a province of Tehran previously asked the fugitive members of the MKO terrorist outfit to introduce their legal counsel to this court to defend them in the process of handling the case that has been filed against them, otherwise according to the law, the appropriate decision will be adopted.
