Iran Press/ Europe: The Order was presented to the Chairman of the National Paralympic Committee of Iran at a ceremony on Thursday evening (24 October) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) in Bonn, Germany for his long-standing efforts as the biggest supporter of Iranian disabled athletes.

IPC President Andrew Parsons presented the Paralympic Order to six recipients among them, Khosravi Vafa.

Mahmoud Khosravi Vafa, after receiving the Order, said the success was due to the sacrifice of anonymous friends and martyrs of Sacred Defense, the Islamic Revolution and Imam Khomeini,  the late founder of Islamic Republic.

"IPC President's praise of Iran's Paralympic sport is the greatest honor for me," Khosravi Vafa stated.

Khosravi Vafa presented the prestigious Order to the family of the martyr "Ibrahim Hadi", one of the martyrs of the eight-year Sacred Defense and invited everyone to learn about the life of this noble martyr.
