Tehran (IP): Iranian Parliament Speaker's Special Aide for International Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said on Wednesday that designating the US President Donald Trump as a terrorist can severely damage his investments and companies.

Iran Press/Iran news: Amir-Abdollahian made the remarks at a conference on Iran's IRGC Quds Force late commander Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani in Tehran.

He said: "A court is set to launch a lawsuit against Trump for ordering the assassination of Qassim Suleimani."

Amir-Abdollahian added: "Soleimani was a commander who disrupted the US security and political arrangements to take the control of the region. The axis of Resistance has thwarted the US plots to change the region by ISIL terrorists."

The former diplomat said that Trump has made numerous investments in the region and in various countries around the world. So, designating the US President Donald Trump as a terrorist can severely damage his investments and companies.
