Iran's Judiciary spokesman, Gholamhussein Esmaeili has confirmed that smuggled American weaponry has been discovered and seized by Iran's security forces, with one cache of weapons being seized in the city of Isfahan.

Iran Press/Iran news: The Judiciary spokesman confirmed that smuggled American weaponry has been discovered and seized by Iran's security forces. He said one such consignment of smuggled weapons was recently discovered in the city of Isfahan, and these American-made weapons were used by rioters and saboteurs to shoot and kill both protesters, members of the public and police and security personnel.

Esmaeili confirmed that large caches of US-made weapons have been seized by Iran's security forces, and that these weapons were used to murder or injure people.

Gholamhussein Esmaeili also said members of the public are helping the judiciary to uncover major bureaucratic fraud and corruption, sending in reports of possible fraud and wrongdoing.

The spokesman confirmed that those members of the public whose information results in conviction and prosecution of those who have committed major bureaucratic fraud and corruption will receive 'an appropriate reward'.

Elsewhere in his remarks, the Judiciary spokesman said the Judiciary is also involved in the process of banks receiving what is owed to them by the government.
