Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's International Police chief, Brigadier General Hadi Shirzad, on Wednesday in the 12th round of Iranian Interpol meeting with the foreign-affiliated police liaisons based in Iran, said: "The fight against corruption at the national and international levels is a common concern of governments."
He added, "All governments share the same opinion on the motto of fighting international crimes and creating an unsafe world for criminals," Iran Press reported.
Referring to the Iranian police goal to expand international interaction, he continued that any failure in dealing with crimes would lead to the destruction of public resources of governments and nations.
General Shirzad said Iran's International Police chief aim has always been making efforts to collaborate with international organizations, and through this benefiting from all of their valuable expertise and capacities.
In the 12th round of Iranian Interpol meeting with the foreign-affiliated police liaisons based in Tehran, representatives of 23 countries participated, including Russia, China, Germany, Italy, Austria, Japan, Greece, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, and the Netherlands.101/219
