Iran\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s FM meets with his counterpart from Denmark

On the sideline of the annual Raisina Dialogue in India, Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif held talks with Jeppe Kofod, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Denmark.

Iran Press/Asia: The session was focused on explicit discussions of the causes of tension and insecurity in the Persian Gulf region, particularly the role and presence of the United States and its Western allies in the region, JCPOA and Europe's passive approach towards its commitments and EU's fear of the United States and other issues of interest, Iran Press reported.

Zarif arrived in New Delhi on Tuesday 14 January for a 3-day visit to attend in the 5th annual Raisina Dialogue, 14-16 January 2020.

The 5th annual session of Raisina Dialogue started in New Delhi on Tuesday 14 January and continues until Thursday 16 January.

At the annual Raisina Dialogue in India, 700 delegations from 103 countries, including political, economic, scientific and cultural figures from different parts of the world meet.

The Raisina Dialogue is a multilateral conference held annually in New Delhi. Since its inception in 2016, the conference has emerged as India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics. 

Addressing the meeting and holding talks with high-ranking officials is on the agenda of Iran's top diplomat.
