The British maritime security company Embry announced early Friday morning that a commercial ship 58 miles southwest of Hodeidah port was targeted by a drone attack.

Iran Press/West Asia: According to Iran Press, citing Yemen's Al-Masirah network website, this attack was carried out in response to the aggression of the American and British coalition in the early hours of this morning in an area of Hodeidah province in the west of Yemen.

Yemeni news sources reported on Friday morning that the US-UK coalition has once again targeted western Yemen.

According to al-Masira report, the aggressor coalition of the United States and the United Kingdom bombed Al-Salif city in Hodeidah province, located in the west of Yemen, on 2 occasions.

No report on the possible casualties of this attack has been published.

In recent months, different areas of Yemen have repeatedly been the target of aggressive attacks by the United States and Britain. These attacks are carried out aiming at  putting pressure on Yemen to stop the naval blockade imposed on the Zionist regime.

According to Iran Press, in the past months and following the start of Al-Aqsa Flood Operation in Gaza, in support of the resistance of the Palestinian nation, the Yemeni army has targeted several ships belonging to the occupying Quds regime or ships bound for the occupied territories in the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandeb Strait.

The forces of the Yemeni army have pledged to continue attacking the ships of this regime or the ships bound for the occupied territories in the Red Sea unless the Zionist regime stops its attacks on Gaza.
