Iran Press/ West Asia: The Almasirah Media Network website reported that Yemen’s Armed Forces have targeted about 170 ships linked to the US and the Zionist regime from November 2023 up to July 2024.
In particular, among the ships targeted by the Yemeni forces, 41 were Israeli, 72 American, and 12 British. According to the report, 45 companies violated the ban on reaching ports in occupied territories.
The target areas, the report added, were the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea, the Gulf of Aden, the Red Sea, and the Mediterranean.
Following the outbreak of war in the Gaza Strip between Israel and the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas, the Yemeni forces began launching attacks against ships linked to Israel, in support of the Palestinian cause.
