IP- Iran's newly-appointed ambassador in Saudi Arabia emphasized that economic cooperation between the two countries will be the priority of his mission in Saudi Arabia.

Iran PressIran news:  In the negotiations between Iran and Saudi Arabia on March 10, 2023, in Beijing, the two countries agreed to resume diplomatic relations after 7 years.

Alireza Enayati, the Iranian ambassador to Saudi Arabia, said: The activities of Iran's private sector in Saudi Arabia, supporting joint ventures, customs agreements, and cooperation in maritime transport will be among the priorities of the Iranian embassy in Saudi Arabia.

Enayati added: Good upstream agreements and documents have been signed with Saudi Arabia, covering all economic aspects between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

According to Enayati, holding a joint commission between Iran and Saudi Arabia is one of his other priorities.
