The magnitude 5.1 earthquake hit around 2:41 p.m. Sunday about four miles southeast of Ojai, just as remnants of Hurricane Hilary were hitting Southern California.

Iran PressAmerica: The quake's epicenter was in Ojai, between Santa Barbara and Ventura, and it occurred along the Sisar fault, USGS data showed.

There were no immediate reports of damage.
