Iran Press/ Iran News: Iran's Defense Minister's remarks came as he was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Teflon cable and wire factory in Holy Mashhad on Tuesday.
Brigadier General Hatami said on Tuesday morning at the inauguration of the factory for the production of military and civilian Teflon cables in the defense industry based in Khorasan, referring to the enemy's attempt to sanction the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially the Armed Forces: "The Ministry of Defense has entered deeper layers of self-sufficiency."
He added: "The more vicious enemies of Islamic Iran tighten sanctions on the armed forces and the people of Iran, the more confident the young and committed defense industry experts have found the path to self-sufficiency and the failure of the sanctions project."
We have achieved valuable successes such as missiles, air, sea, defense industries, etc., and a factory for the production of military and civilian Teflon cables was opened to ensure the sustainability of production and self-sufficiency, which is one of the basic needs of the Iranian armed forces.
He described military and civilian Teflon cables as one of the most important parts of the defense industry and continued: "Other industries in the country, such as the automotive industry, are in dire need of these wires. Thank God, with the opening of this factory, the country's needs will be met and better."
