Iran Press/ Iran news: On the eve of sending the Hajj pilgrims to the land of revelation, the Hajj officials met with the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei, Wednesday morning in Imam Khomeini's Hosseiniyya.
The transfer of 89,000 pilgrims to the Hajj rituals will begin in May 21, 2023, and pilgrims will be sent to the Land of Revelation from 21 provinces.

The purpose of Hajj is to unite the Islamic Ummah against disbelief, oppression, arrogance, and human and non-human idols; Throughout history, as long as the world's history reveals, this Abrahamic call exists; They were invited for one goal, which is the unity of the Islamic Ummah.
Culturalization should be done in the context of the main and fundamental concepts of Hajj. I insist that the respected officials of Hajj should make culturalization in these fields; You should make sure that even the name of Hajj comes to the mind of that young person today such as civilization building, global unity, cross-border and international perspective, and elimination of discrimination. this is the responsibility of the clerics who are in the caravans, the responsibility of the Hajj officials, and the representatives of the Leader in the Hajj.
Attending Hajj is for a purpose, what is that purpose? The promotion of the Islamic Ummah and the closeness of the hearts of the members of the Islamic Ummah to each other is the goal of the unity of the Islamic Ummah. Against what? In front of disbelief, in front of oppression, in front of arrogance, in front of human and non-human idols, in front of all those things that Islam came to destroy them.
Today, for example, let's assume that the issue of the Zionist regime is raised, all the Islamic world should gather, and this gathering should have a message against the Zionist regime. Today, the problem of the world is the influence of arrogant powers, everyone must gather to announce their presence, declare their power, and shield their chests against the arrogant powers.
What the honorable Imam Khomeini insisted on, I also emphasized following him that you must participate in the prayers of Masjid al-Haram, the prayers of the Sunnis.
An important point in Hajj is that Islam practically shows that it does not accept these distinctions that exist in the world: racial distinction, geographical distinction, and class distinction. This point is very important.
Today, the countries that claim to be civilized, which have no smell of civilization, are involved in the issue of black and white and are involved in the issue of European race and non-European race. In the issue of immigrants, they don't care if thousands of immigrants drown in the sea. They care much more about their pet than a stranger who lives in their neighborhood.
They could not solve this problem. Islam has solved it. In Hajj, not in words. in practice. Islam is removing the distinction in a practical way, where? in Hajj the people of color are with the whites, it is from a certain part of the world, it is from a certain civilization, it is from a certain history. Everyone is together without any distinction, they have no distinction with each other. They walk together and circumambulate together.
