Iran Press/ Asia: The technology transfer project award between the companies of eight developing Islamic countries known as D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation in Ankara, the capital of Turkiye, was jointly awarded to the Iranian knowledge-based company producing machinery and nanofibers and a Malaysian company.
Responding to the Iran Press question, the Head of the Iran Technology Development Center, Milad Sardkhanlou, referred to the creation of a technology exchange network with the aim of developing technological cooperation between eight Islamic countries and stated that the secretariat of this network was established in Pardis Technology Park of Iran and its mission is to collect and review the technological plans of Islamic countries.
He noted that the purpose of bestowing the award for the best technology transfer plan is to develop technological cooperation between the D-8 countries and support private knowledge-based companies.
The Head of the Science and Technology Organization of Turkiye, Hasan Mandal, in response to the Iran Press question, said that the progress of the technology projects of Islamic countries is impressive.
He expressed hope that the proposed technology projects of developing Islamic countries would increase even more.
