Shiraz (IP) - Iran's government spokesman stressed that the pressures orchestrated by the enemies could not cause any disruption in the unity and solidarity of the great nation of Iran.

Iran PressIran News: Honoring the memory of the martyrs of the Shahcheragh terrorist attack, Iran's government spokesman said: "The pressures of the enemy cannot cause any disruption in the unity and solidarity of the great nation of Iran."

Ali Bahadori-Jahormi, on Saturday, on the sidelines of the funeral ceremony of the martyrs of the terrorist attack in the holy shrine of Shahcheragh (AS) told the reporters that "patriotic people and the Muslims of the country have always shown that they have been one step ahead of both the officials and the people of other countries of the world at different historic times."

He continued: "Even today, despite the complaints and problems they have, like in other times, when there was a problem and something happened, they appeared on the stage, they are more enthusiastic than ever, they are standing next to each other as one heart and one voice. They should show their opposition and protest against riots and terrorist acts and say that we are all one nation."

He said: "These presences serve as dealing a severe blow to all those who do not see the solution to the problems and issues of this land and try to stand in front of this country with all their strength and do not learn lessons and experience that whenever they stood against this land, the people are more united, stronger, with more serious faith and continued their progress with a faster pace."

Iranians from all walks of life in Shiraz attended the funeral ceremony of the martyrs of the terrorist attack on the Shahcheragh shrine, a highly revered shrine in the southern city of Shiraz, Fars Province.

Fifteen pilgrims, including a woman and two children, lost their lives and at least 40 others were wounded as a heavily-armed terrorist attacked the popular shrine in Iran’s southwestern province.
