Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Thursday that COVID-19 had brought seven more patients to death during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 141,145.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to May 05, 2022, 7,224,056 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,997,050 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 228 cases, of whom 68 patients were hospitalized.

991 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 51,354,208 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, no city is red, 33 are orange, 321 are Yellow and 94 are zones.

So far, 64,355,984 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 57,586,061 have received the second dose, 27,095,727 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 149,037,772 doses.
