Iran Press/ Europe: Kazem Jalali stressed that Iran is not seeking erosive talks, saying that the one who left the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was the United States, and now they are the ones who have to make up for their mistake and lift the illegal oppressive sanctions that they have imposed against the Iranian nation.
He added: "As the officials of the Islamic Republic have repeatedly stated, negotiations should focus on lifting all sanctions, including those not related to Iran's nuclear program as well."
Jalali said that the United States must acknowledge its responsibility and mistake in the withdrawal of the JCPOA and compensate for it.
A new round of Vienna talks began last Monday with the presence of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the P4+1 countries to lift the oppressive and illegal US sanctions. Ali Bagheri-Kani is chairing the Iranian negotiating team in Vienna.
