Defeating Qatar'a Al-Arabiya volleyball team, Iran's Foolad Sirjan team won the Asian Men's Club Volleyball championship.

Iran PressAsia: In the Asian Club Volleyball Championships held in Thailand on Friday, the Iranian team, Foolad Sirjan, overcame Qatar's Al-Arabiya 3-0 and won the championship title. 

Qatar and Kazakhstan teams stood second and third, respectively. 

Given the victory of Foolad Sirjan, Iran succeeded in preserving the championship title of the Asian Club Volleyball Championships for the 5th consecutive time.

The competitions were supposed to be held in 2020 but were canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. 

Iran's representatives have won the championship title six times out of the last seven rounds of the competitions.

Earlier, and after defeating Japan 3-0 in neck-to-neck competition, the Iran National Volleyball team become the new king of the Asian Volleyball Championship 2021.
