Tehran (IP) - A member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Iranian Parliament says that international parliaments and bodies and the so-called advocates of human rights in the West are expected to take practical action to force the Israeli regime to cease its attacks on Gaza, and the UN Security Council must issue a resolution.

Iran PressIran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press News Agency, referring to the new round of Israeli attacks on Gaza, Abbas Golroo underlined: "The recent movements of the Israeli regime in occupied Quds are ethnic cleansing and the regime intends to expel the Palestinians from their own land."

The head of the Iran-Palestine parliamentary friendship group noted that some international bodies had rejected the Israeli regime's efforts to Judaize the occupied territories and expel the Palestinian people from their lands.

"Israel's new actions in Gaza and Beit-ul-Moqadds are the cleansing of all Palestinian territories and the destruction of Palestinian houses and infrastructure, and the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran has condemned this Israeli crime," Golroo stressed.

The MP elsewhere highlighted that the situation was insecure and fragile for the Israeli regime. Once in the Palestinian intifada throwing stones was the weapon at the hands of Palestinian people to counter the Israeli forces, now more than a thousand rockets were fired from Gaza into Israeli settlements.

"The Iron Dome is no longer effective against Palestinian missiles, and today Israel is in a state of security fragility, and the regime is on the verge of political and security decline," Golroo said.
