Iran Press/Iran News: Speaking at the opening ceremony of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), Hamid Pourmohammadi said: "Iran has taken effective steps to provide medical equipment to combat Covid-19 disease."
"It is essential that countries and the bodies share their capacity, resources, and knowledge, especially with the most vulnerable communities and individuals in need to overcome the global crisis," he added.
The opening of the seventy-seventh session of the ESCAP was held on Tuesday virtually with the participation of the representative of 65 member countries.
