Abbas Araghchi stated that the Israeli attacks are a gross violation of Iran's sovereignty and territorial integrity as an independent country and a member of the United Nations and are considered a clear aggression against Iran.
He called for an emergency meeting of the Security Council, adding: "The Council must fulfill its responsibilities under the Charter, strongly condemn this aggression, and take immediate and concrete steps to hold the Israeli regime accountable."
