The governor of Qasr-e Shirin confirmed that the Israeli regime carried out aerial strikes on the city of Qasr-e Shirin and the Khosravi border terminal, resulting in the martyrdom of one person and injuries to 31 others.

Background:

In the early hours of Friday, the occupying regime violated Iran’s territorial integrity and national sovereignty by launching strikes on several locations, including residential areas in Tehran and other cities. The attacks reportedly led to the deaths of civilians, including women and children, as well as several military commanders and nuclear scientists.

What the official said:

Mohammad Shafi’i, the governor of Qasr-e Shirin, stated that non-military sites were directly hit in the attack. He emphasized that the Khosravi border terminal, one of the main arteries for pilgrim traffic and trade, was directly targeted. Expressing sorrow over the incident, he added that many of the injured were civilians who happened to be present at the time.
