Pointing out that there are serious signs indicating Israel's role in the assassination of the great Iranian scientist, the Iranian Foreign Minister said that the assassination shows the belligerence and warmongering of the perpetrators out of desperation.

Iran Press/Iran News: Mohammad Javad Zarif wrote on his Twitter account in French, stating that terrorists had killed a great Iranian scientist, said: "This cowardice, in which there are serious signs of Israel's role, shows the belligerence of the perpetrators out of their desperation."

Zarif noted: "Iran calls on the international community, including the European Union, to abandon double standards and condemn this state assassination."
