Tehran (IP)- The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran issued a statement condemning the desecration of the French magazine Charlie Hebdo for republishing offensive cartoons of Islam’s Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Iran Press/Iran news: According to the Army Public Relations, the text of the statement is as follows;

In the name of God

The evil hand of the devil once again came out of the sleeve of one of the Western countries claiming false human rights to re-insult the holy Prophet of Islam, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) hurting feelings of hundreds of thousands Muslims and free people across the world.

The long-standing and persistent anti-Islamism of the enemies of Islam, which is emerging every day in the framework of the strategies and policies of the great devil of the world, the US, and international Zionism with the aim of orchestrating psychological warfare against Islam and Muslims. This insulting and racist act of Charlie Hebdo Magazine cartoons shows more than anything the stubbornness and hatred of the Western world towards Muslims.

Certainly, such actions in the age of modern ignorance to destroy the luminous image of the last Messenger of God, Prophet Muhammad, is due to the weakness of the enemies of the divine religions against the strong logic of pure Islam and according to God's promise, these acts and violent hostilities will not work. This holy light will get brighter every day. Such plans of the enemy will not prevent the continuation of the glorious movement of Muslims towards the creation of a new Islamic civilization and the salvation of humanity from the clutches of the arrogant.

The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, along with the zealous nation of Islamic Iran and all freedom seekers in the world, strongly condemns the recent insulting act of the French magazine, and considers these desperate moves in line with the efforts of helpless Zionism and defeated US against the steadfast willpower of the world Muslims, and proclaims with a loud cry, as the late Founder of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khomeini (RH) said: "If the arrogance wants to stand against our religion, we will stand against their entire world."
