Tehran (IP) - The Iranian Foreign Minister said he would use all methods, including a legal mechanism, to enforce the rights of the Iranian people and return the blocked money.

Iran Press/Iran News: Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Tuesday that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central Bank have made many efforts to release the blocked funds;

Positive measures have been taken by some countries such as Oman and China to return the money, Zarif added.

He referred to South Korea's debts to Iran and noted "although South Korea has no doubt that the money blocked belongs to Iran, it claims that there are problems in transferring the money due to illegal US sanctions".

Iran is negotiating to return the blocked money, taking the appropriate legal measures, the minister said.
