Vienna (IP) - Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran will not hesitate to take any necessary measures in protecting its security.

Iran Press/Europe: During the Third International Conference on Nuclear Security on Monday in Vienna, Ali Akbar Salehi called for the preservation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), adding: "Europe, as one of the key parties of the Iran Nuclear Deal, is responsible to maintain the agreement and get rid of US bullying and unilateral policies."

He also named the US behavior in the international arena as terroristic, including the assassination of Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, emphasizing that Iran is serious in dealing with any aggression.

Referring to the widespread and ongoing nuclear security measures in the country, Salehi called for the International community to deal with threats such as cyber-attacks by the Stuxnet virus on Iran's nuclear facilities.

He also urged everyone to condemn and halt these attacks and terrorist acts such as the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists.

Heading an Iranian delegation, Ali Akbar Salehi left Tehran to Vienna on Sunday to take part in the Third International Conference on Nuclear Security being organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The conference was kicked off on Monday and will last 5 days.
