Knowing the results of the General Staff's investigation into the incident of the Ukrainian passenger plane and the establishment of human error playing a major part, it makes it so much more painful to digest the implications of this tragic and awful incident.

I need to reiterate to the General Staff of the Armed Forces in order to pursue the possible faults and failures in this painful incident.

I also request the necessary care and follow-up to prevent the recurrence of such incidents from top managers and relevant authorities.
