Tehran (IP) - The Chief of Iran's judiciary said that the police are hated in the United States, adding that it is not authoritative to put the knees on the protesters' throats and stifle their voices.

Iran Press/Iran news: The head of Iran's judiciary, Ebrahim Raisi, said in a ceremony in Tehran on Sunday, the first day of the Islamic Republic's police week, that it is not a sign of power to force power of weapons and the power of authority to the people who are seeking justice in America and Europe today, and put the knee on their throats and stifle their voices.

Raisi added that protecting the people and maintaining their security is one of the characteristics of a powerful police force.
