Iran Press/ Middle East: Every year on the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution (February 11) in various countries, including neighboring countries and the region, especially Iraq, the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution is celebrated in Baghdad and Erbil.
The celebration of the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in foreign countries is held to congratulate the Islamic Republic of Iran and pay tribute to the personality of Imam Khomeini (RA) as a charismatic and influential politician and leader in contemporary history.
Nasrallah Rashnoodi, Consul General of Iran in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan, spoke on Saturday evening at the 43rd anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution about the dimensions of Imam Khomeini's personality, as well as the commonalities of the Iranian and Iraqi people.
The Islamic Revolution led by Imam Khomeini achieved victory on February 11, 1979. In the meantime, Imam Khomeini's leadership in the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the formation of the Islamic system was prominent. His ideas have been influential outside the borders of Islamic Iran.
