Iran Press/ America: About 300 Venezuelan and 79 Iranian companies participated in the Iran-Venezuela Scientific, Technological, and Industrial Expo Fair.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Carlos Faria, noted on his Twitter account that Iran and Venezuela exemplify brotherhood by strengthening scientific and technological cooperation through exchanging experiences.
Following his recent trip to Tehran, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro ordered his economic cabinet to immediately design and launch a technology industrial park cooperating with Iran in health, food, and education development.
The presidents of Iran and Venezuela signed a 20-year cooperation document during this trip.
The 5-day Iran-Venezuela Expo is held in Caracas to strengthen and develop cooperation and information exchange between the two countries.
4 Iranian cars to be assembled in Venezuela
At the Industrial Scientific and Technological Expo Fair Iran-Venezuela, President Maduro announced his country would assemble four Iranian car models sold in Venezuela for between 12,000 and 16,000 dollars.
He added that these are vehicles that would allow economic savings for the population, vehicles which consume 7 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers.
Maduro highlighted that Venezuela would assemble four models of Iranian vehicles through the Veniranuto company.
Elsewhere in his remarks, he pointed out that medical equipment for hemodialysis developed with 100% Iranian technology would arrive in Venezuela in the coming months.
