Iran Press/ Middle East: This is while the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo who is also in Israel said on Monday he hoped other Arab countries would soon establish diplomatic relations with Israel following the recent US-brokered deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
Raab and Pompeo met late Monday, discussing President Donald Trump’s Mideast plan, which the Palestinians have rejected.
Raab is scheduled to meet with Israeli Prime Minister and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas within days to press for the resumption of dialogue between the two sides.
