Iran Press/Iran News: Brigadier General Ahmad Ali Goodarzi on Wednesday visited the border checkpoints of Iran and Azerbaijan in the border city of Namin, adding: "Over the years, there has been no specific border problem between the two countries and both sides have committed to the treaties and agreements."
Referring to the good situation on Iran's borders with its neighbors, he said: "Strengthening and equipping the country's border guards is being considered as much as possible, and for this purpose, financial needs are being assessed."
He added: "With the vigilance and efforts of the border guards in all parts of the country, the borders of the Islamic Republic are in complete security."
