Iran Press/ Middle East: Israeli regime carried out strikes near Damascus early Friday, Syria’s state news agency SANA reported, the second round of aerial attacks in less than 24 hours.
According to the country's defense ministry, two Syrian soldiers had been injured in attacks early Thursday.
The Israeli terrorist aggression that targeted some points in the vicinity of Damascus city this morning is nothing but a continuation of the fascist method of the Israeli entity towards the peoples and countries of the region”, the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry of Syria affirmed Thursday.
“This hostile act is an attempt by that entity to escape from the internal disintegration witnessed there.” the ministry added on its account on Twitter.
“The region cannot enjoy peace or stability unless putting an end to the Israeli occupation and its repeated attacks”, the ministry reiterated.
On Thursday dawn, two soldiers were wounded and material damage occurred as a result of Israeli aggression that targeted points in the vicinity of Damascus city.
