Iran Press/Iran news: Top Military Aide to the Iranian Leader, Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi addressing Tehran's Friday Prayers said that the US and its allies in the region like Saudi and Zionist regimes and their strategy and policy against the Islamic Republic of Iran and Resistance front are old and exhausted.
He noted to the US secretary of state Mike Pompeo and US President Donald Trump's recent threat and sanctions against Iran and said: Pompeo is a former chief spy of the CIA and his manner is lying, however, Trump also will have the same fate as former US presidents and he can't impose any harm to Islamic republic.
Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi said that Iran's allies and resistance front in the region are more powerfull than America and its allies based on popular support from the nation.
Iranian senior general said that Iran and its allies are peace seekers but anti arrogance.
General Safavi went on to say that Iran is ready to respond to any US plots in the region and abroad.
Former IRGC chief commander said: Iran would respond from the Mediterranean to the Indian Ocean against any US plots.
“If the Americans think of any plots, the Iranian nation will respond from the Mediterranean to the Red Sea, and the Indian Ocean,” said General Yahya Rahim-Safavi, a senior adviser to Iran’s leader.
