Kermanshah (IP) -Iran's Secretary for the chamber of Commerce said that the Islamic country is going to boost business transactions with Iraq.

Iran Press/Iran news: The Iraqi Economic delegation from the Iraqi Governorate of Babil has arrived in Iran's western Kermanshah province in a 3-day-visit. Headed by Sadigh Hashem Fazel, the chairman of the Iraqi chamber of commerce in Babil on Wednesday visited some of the industrial units which are actively involved in manufacturing foodstuff, Agricultural industries as well as the petrochemical ones, reported Iran press.

Iran's Secretary for the Chamber of Commerce, Dariush Panahi said that the 3-day visit has been aimed at developing business transactions between Iran and Iraq.

Earlier on July 14, Iraqi Ambassador to Iran stressed the need for industrial cooperation between Iran-Iraq saying Tehran and Baghdad should help each other to boom industries.

Iraq's Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Saad Abdul Wahab Jawad Qandil made the remarks during a meeting with Tehran's Governor-General Anoushirvan Mohseni-Bandpei, saying, "Iran and Iraq could use the high potentials of both countries and can help each other in booming industrial and production units."205/203
