Islamabad (IP) - Protesters in the capital of Pakistan faced difficulties when they were demonstrating in front of McDonald's restaurant, a food chain that sponsors the Israeli regime.

Iran Press/Asia: Protesters gathered in the food chain's parking lot and stood in front of the restaurant's entrance holding anti-Israel placards and chanting slogans to boycott those who support the Israeli regime by any means.

Shortly after the demonstration, the food chain management contacted the police, resulting in a significant police presence that used batons to disperse the protesters and remove them from the area.

However, some youths continued to protest, and people supported them. After a while, the police dispersed the protesters using batons. A few youths were arrested but were soon released.

The ongoing campaign in Pakistan includes boycotting all brands that support the Israeli regime, such as the food chain McDonald's.
