Iran Press/ Middle East: The United States has entered more than 30 trucks carrying weapons, ammunition, and oil equipment into the Koniko gas field, in eastern Syria, Sputnik news agency reported Monday evening, citing local Syrian sources.
The US military has long been present illegally in northern and northeastern Syria, and in addition to looting the country's oil resources, it is taking action against residents in those areas.
The Syrian government has always emphasized that the terrorist elements of the United States and their affiliated forces in eastern and northeastern Syria have no purpose other than to plunder the country's oil and must leave the region.
