Tehran (IP) - Iran's Minister of Education says three ceremonies will be held to welcome the preschool students and reopen the schools.

Iran PressIran News: On the sidelines of the weekly cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Yousef Nouri said the main ceremony of reopening the schools would be held likely in the presence of President Raisi.  

Nouri stated that the schools in the current academic year would host 16 million students, out of whom more than one million are first-grade students. 

He highlighted that the students should attend the classes in person.

Due to the COVID pandemic during the last two years, the schools held their courses online.
